II.2.4) Description of the procurement
This project is to provide for the design, supply and installation of new LED lamps utilising the existing luminaires to defined areas of HMP Shotts. New lamps shall be installed in the following areas:
1. Main prisoner circulation corridors (ground and first floors)
2. Regimes – Laundry, Recycling and Workshops 1 to 7
3. Facilities – Soffit and External Lighting
New lamps and light fittings shall be installed in the following:
1. Allanton Hall Perimeter soffit lighting
The Works shall be compliant with all applicable legislation. The design and installation shall cover all light fittings (general and emergency) including any wiring (extensions and modifications) required, and any re-use, renewal or extension of the existing containment to fully facilitate the new installations. All emergency light fittings forming the scope of works will have new emergency battery packs fitted.
The Works are required to be completed by 31st March 2022.
