The International Labour Office (hereinafter the "ILO") is pleased to submit a Proposal for the provision of Consultancy services to design and deliver training on disaster management and early warning and GIS mapping of flood-prone areas as further described in Annex III Terms of References (TOR).
Your proposal must be received by ILO no later than 06 October, 17H00 (EA Time). Late bids shall be rejected.
You are kindly requested to acknowledge receipt of this RFP and to indicate weither or not you intend to submit a Proposal.
