THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A COVID-19 VACCINATION REQUIREMENT FOR SUPPLIER PERSONNEL. 

The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the upgrade of the communications, navigation, surveillance and air traffic management avionics as well as the replacement of the radar systems in it fleet of 4 CT142 Dash 8 aircraft. The requirement includes the supply and installation of the required goods at the successful bidders facility as well as on-site training at the DND facility located at Winnipeg, Manitoba. The anticipated completion date of the contract is 2023-09-31. 

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at the DND facility located in Winnipeg,. MB.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2022-05-27 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.

This service allows suppliers to submit bids, offers and arrangements electronically to PWGSC Bid Receiving Units. This online service enables the electronic transfer of large files up to Protected B level.
