OBJECTIVE
This assessment shall provide the UNICEF Education Section and the management of UNICEF South Sudan with information about the impact and effectiveness of the payment of incentives to teachers in areas supported by this UNICEF programme, and its potential for replication and scaling-up in other parts of the country. This assessment shall cover the implementation period from 2015-2017. The geographical coverage shall be limited to those areas where the interventions have been conducted.
