This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06 dated 07/12/2021. Unrestricted. Firm, Fixed Price Order is planned. Place of Performance: USGS Elk Hills site in Kern County, California. Approximate site location is Valley Acres CA, 1 mi northwest of the intersection CA Highway 119 and Valley West Road. Period of Performance: Borehole geophysical logging services for approximately 45 days from start date. The vendor will be notified no less than 14 days prior to when the work shall commence. The ultimate completion end date shall not exceed May 31, 2022.
