The United States Department of Agriculture through the Forest Service and the Boise National Forest, is
soliciting janitorial services for its complex buildings at the Lucky Peak Nursery, located at 15169 Highway
21, Boise, Idaho 83716 . Businesses responding to the solicitation shall completely fill out and sign the
request for quote (RFQ) document, provide proof of general liability and workers compensation insurance,
and return to Jason King at jason.king2@usda.gov by 2:00pm MST, March 11, 2022. USDA Covid-19
workplace safety measures will be observed by janitorial personnel while at the worksite. Other requested/
forwarded documents may be attached to the response email containing the RFQ document. Only
emailed responses to this solicitation will be accepted.
