The ILO is seeking proposals from individual consultants/ company (with a team lead and 2-3 team members) to conduct a mid-term evaluation of ”Governance of Labour Migration in South and South-East Asia (GOALS Programme)”. Please find attached Terms of Reference and application details. Interested candidates must submit their application by 17:00 hrs Bangkok time, 10 February 2022.
