The Government anticipates the award of a non-personal health care services, indefinite quantity, indefinite delivery
(IDIQ) single award task order contract (SATOC) to provide medical testing services for the U.S Army Corps of
Engineers (USACE) employees at Chief Joseph Dam in Bridgeport, Washington.
The anticipated contract will include a base year and three optional years. The maximum capacity for each year is anticipated to be $50,000. The total contract maximum capacity is anticipated to be $200,000. The lifetime contract minimum guarantee will be
$500. A task order will be issued immediately at award specifically to obligate this minimum. If the minimum is
met by the issue of subsequent order, the original guaranteed minimum task order will be deobligated unilaterally
and the order will be closed. If the contractor does not receive a task order prior to the Contract’s expiration of the
Base Period that satisfies the guaranteed minimum, they may submit an invoice for the minimum guarantee amount
immediately following the Base Period’s expiration date.
