Description
The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) located in Jerusalem would like to establish a Long Term Service Agreement for Cleaning and Car-Wash Services at its Headquarters for an initial three (3) year period with an optional two one-year extensions.
Main characteristics of the Compound (Figures below are approximate):

Indoor Areas to be cleaned daily : Offices = 7,050 M2
Toilets = 400 M2
Areas to be cleaned as required (not more than 1x Per Month) Buildings = 3,400 M2
Asphalted and paved areas around the buildings = 15,000 M2
Car-Wash Services

Approximately 2,100 Vehicles Per Year
