The contractor will provide 32,000 tons of crushed concrete material sourced from the concrete rubble on site. The crushed material shall not contain “aggregate” larger than one inch and will be well graded to make it suitable for use as base course. The crushed material will be stock piled on site by the contractor in a location that does not interfere with any United States Government operations.
