2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 6,00,000/- over the last 03 years. In the best 3 years during last 5 years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 17,00,000.00
4. Should have Trade License, up-to-dated VAT registration, latest income tax-clearance certificate, bank solvency certificate from any schedule bank of Bangladesh etc.
