The work completion certificate for successful completion shall have to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent officer of concerned department/ organization. (Work order & completion certificate must be enclosed).
2. Minimum bank liquid asset (cash flow/ free fund) is 40.00 Lac.
3. Minimum average annual construction turn over under any Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous organization in the last five financial years (2012-13 to 2016-17) is 140.00 Lac/year; 700.00 lac total in last 5 years.

4. Upto date trade license (2016-17)
5. National ID card
6. Vat registration certificate
7. Satisfying other criteria stated in the TDS/PCC
