Specialist Works (Mechanical, Electrical & Lift Installations) as part of the construction of a new Forensic Science Laboratory, which is to be a mainly two-storey building of approx.9,550 sq m internal floor area, including laboratories, offices and ancillary accommodation, with a single storey utilities and storage building of 485 sq m. Note: this Questionnaire applies to the Mechanical Installations Specialist - separate Questionaires should be completed in respect of the Electrical and Lift installations. The Mechanical Services shall include but not be limited to the following:- Low Pressure Medium Temperature Hot Water Heating Installation Chilled Water INstallation and Split Air Conditioning Unit Systems Natural Gas Distribution and Detection Installations Mechanical Ventilation Installations Toilet Extract Ventilation Bulding Management System Fire Fighting Installation Water Services Installations Laboratory Gases De-Ionised Water Laboratory Equipment Testing and Commissioning Validation Operation & Maintenance Manuals and Handover Seminar		Contracting authority
