a) Who have minimum 5(five) years of general experience in building Construction works (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)

b) Experience in successfully completion of at least 1(one) number of Steel Truss and zinc aluminum alloy profile roofing building construction in/c. Civil & Electrical works or Similar Building construction work with Civil & Electrical works worth not less thanTk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac only in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies/ Organization of Bangladesh during last 5(five) years. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)

c) The required average annual construction turn over must be greater than Tk.20.00 (Twenty) Lac only during last 3 (Three) years. Necessary supporting documents (Detail payment certificate) shall be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender. Any estimated cost or contract value will not be Considered to calculate Average Annual Construction Turnover. (time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system)
d) The tenderder must have a minimum amount of free funds (liquid Assets) /Credit facilities, working capacity Tk. 12.00 (Twelve) Lac only.
e) Having upto date VAT, IT, Trade License , ABC/BC/C Electrical license & supervisory license
f) Other required eligibility and conditions of the tenderer are shown in tender data sheet of tender documents.
g) If total Value of any tender is more than 10% less or more than 10% above than the official cost estimate, the tender will be non-responsive.
