Description
United Nations Interim Security Force in Abyei (UNISFA) is seeking to establish a services contract(s) for “Construction of Crisis Operation Center” in UNISFA HQ, Abyei with capable and experienced contractor(s) to perform the tasks of Construction Of Crisis Operation Center At UNISFA Hq, Abyei. The scope of works includes design and analysis of reinforced concrete frame structure with appropriate footings, columns, beams, slabs and all the components of the RCC structure in complete including the installation of UNISFA provided i) 3 module Prefabricated building (size of approx. 21m x 4 m) and ii) Ablution Unit (size of 8’x20’) along with complete set of Good for Construction drawings based on computational designs. Under this contract, the Contractor is required to provide manpower, materials, tools, equipment and services for the construction of Crisis Operation Center in UNISFA HQ, Abyei. All the works shall be executed in accordance with UNISFA requirements. The contract will be structured based on fixed unit rates. The Contractor shall deliver the works in accordance with common practice for the list of services to be provided and to the satisfaction of UNISFA. UNISFA will provide the levelled ground area with required elevation and utilities connection points for Water Supply, Sewer disposal and Power connection NOTE: 1. Submission of the EOI does not constitute an obligation by the United Nations to include your company in this specific procurement exercise, neither does it assure that a respective tender exercise will be undertaken in due course. 2. Vendor currently registered at basic level must proceed to submmit requirements for level 1 & level 2 approval in order to participate in this solicitation. 3. To be awarded a contract, the Bidder must be registered with the UN Secretariat through the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).
