a) The tenderer shall have a minimum of 5(five) years of overall experience in the construction field.
b) Contractors of govt./semi govt. and BPDB having experience in 11KV, 11/0.4KV, 0.4KV line & 11/0.4KV distribution substation construction/renovation works or similar works of higher voltage level in a single contract successfully completed work worth value of at least Tk. 75(Seventy five) Lakhs during the period of last 5(five) years.
c) The intending tenderer must have valid up to date trade license, VAT, Income tax clearance certificate. Up to date ABC electrical license etc.
d) Minimum average annual construction turnover should be tk. 110(One Hundred Ten) Lakh over the period of last five years. Completed work certificate from Govt./semi Govt./autonomous bodies will be accepted. Any work certificate from private sector will not be acceptable.
In support of annual turnover, experience, liquid assets, attested copies of work completion certificate, work order and schedule of works and bank solvency certificate with bank statement. Work completion certificate must be issued by the executive engineer or equivalent.
e) The trenderer shall have a minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital amount taka 75 (Seventy five) Lakhs Steady balance for 7(seven) days prior to submission of the tender or credit facilities (existing with available fund supported by bank statement) for this package.
f) Any Conditional tender will considered as non responsive.
