NSWTA is seeking to obtain currently available datasets for mobile phone coverage, Quality of Service, and Quality of Experience across NSW. We are looking to aggregate data to establish a greater understanding of the actual mobile phone coverage currently experienced across the state for all careers and mobile technologies. The datasets may be obtained from crowdsource methods, direct testing, or a combination.

NSWTA is seeking to purchase datasets that provide both breadth and depth of data points to provide adequate reliance on the data. The data requested is to be no more than 12 months old.

The datasets will assist in the creation of coverage maps and other metrics on connectivity. It will be used to inform the Government on the current state of available mobile coverage in NSW and may be used to assist and support government decision-making and planning regarding statewide connectivity.
