Předmětem díla jsou stavební práce, spočívající zejména ve výstavbě nového pavilonu „A“ pro laboratoře a onkologii, v areálu Oblastní nemocnice Jičín, a to na místě stávající budovy A, která v rámci plnění podlehne demolici. V souvislosti s výstavbou pavilonu „A“ bude v areálu vybudován i nový nadzemní jednopodlažní spojovací koridor navazující na již stávající krček mezi pavilony D a E. Sousoší „Charita“, ležící na ose vjezdu do areálu nemocnice, bude v rámci této veřejné zakázky nutné přesunout, z důvodu kolize polohy sochy se spojovacím koridorem. Předmětem plnění jsou dále bourací práce a výstavba podzemního instalačního kanálu mezi budovami areálu jičínské nemocnice pro vedení inženýrských sítí.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Jedná se o změny popsané výše, změny dle § 222 odst. 6 ZZVZ popsané ve ZL č. 6, 8, 10 a 11, jejichž potřeba vznikla v důsledku okolností, které zadavatel jednající s náležitou péčí nemohl předvídat, přičemž změny nemění celkovou povahu zakázky. Hodnota změny 19 002 721,74 Kč bez DPH.
