VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Účelem veřejné zakázky je zabezpečit náhradní autobusovou dopravu (dále jen „NAD“) nahrazující dočasně přerušenou nebo dočasně omezenou veřejnou drážní osobní dopravu v úseku Brno - Adamov - Blansko v předpokládaném termínu od 12.12.2021. Předmětem veřejné zakázky je uzavření rámcové dohody ve smyslu § 131 ZZVZ, na jejímž základě budou jedinému vybranému dodavateli postupem vymezeným v rámcové dohodě, na základě písemných objednávek zadavatele, zadávány jednotlivé veřejné zakázky na zajištění NAD po dobu účinnosti rámcové dohody, resp. do vyčerpání plnění ve výši uvedené v rámcové dohodě.

Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee (Art. 43(1)(c) of Directive 2014/23/EU, Art. 72(1)(c) of Directive 2014/24/EU, Art. 89(1)(c) of Directive 2014/25/EU)
Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

S ohledem na navýšení ceny pohonných hmot vybočující z obvyklého rámce navyšování cen pohonných hmot (oproti ceně v roce 2021, kdy byla realizována VZ), byl uzavřen dodatek reflektující změnu cen pohonných hmot v rámci zákonných limitů. Pro nastavení objektivního postupu při navyšování cen pohonných hmot byl použit veřejně dostupný zdroj a informace z českého statistického úřadu (ČSÚ) (průměrná cena pohonných hmot zveřejňovaná každý týden ČSÚ).

Cena pohonných hmot se promítla do jednotkových cen za 1 km jízdy vozidel.

Celková cena Rámcové dohody se nemění.
