Description of General Requirements: The United Nations Mission in South Sudan (UNMISS) has a requirement for Delivery of Delivery of Vehicles from UNMISS,Juba, South Sudan to DAT Beirut Seaport, Lebanon (Incoterm 2010) Conditions: 1. Interested companies are invited to submit their Expression Of Interest (EOI) by hand delivery or e-mail as indicated below. The EOI must include, as a minimum, the following documentation/information: i. United Nations Global Market (UNGM) Registration Number. (Mandatory – see no. 2 below) ii. Company’s contact details (address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail, etc.); 2. If not registered with the UNGM, interested companies can access the registration website: www.ungm.org for registration and other necessary information. The registration for the services required is FREE and MANDATORY for responding to this REOI. Companies not meeting the above conditions will not be invited for competitive bidding.). Important Notice: 3. This REOI does not constitute a solicitation. UNMISS reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the REOI and/or solicitation process. Thus, submitting a response to this REOI does not automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for receipt of the solicitation when issued. 4. UNMISS also reserves the right to send the Solicitation Documents to companies who were identified through additional market research or other means to source the UN requirements. 5. Vendors already registered at the UNGM basic level are strongly advised to upgrade to level 1 6. Local and Regional Companies are encouraged to apply 7. The EOI, clearly marked “Expression of Interest –Delivery of Vehicles from UNMISS,Juba, South Sudan to DAT Beirut Seaport, Lebanon (Incoterm 2010), must be received by UNMISS no later than 12:00Hrs (GMT+3) on Monday, 28 May 2018, via e-mail to: mondri@un.org with copy to wambuguk@un.org or hand delivered to the attention of: Chief Procurement Officer Procurement Section, Attn: Purchasing Unit 2 UNMISS Headquarters Tomping Site, Near Juba International Airport Room 3C/02 Juba, South Sudan
