NESA requires external expertise to collect and analyse data from users to understand:

 

  • how and where the main users of ACE find the information they need
  • how and where users seek additional information
  • the types of additional information that users need
  • how users interpret the information to make decisions
  • features of ACE that make it easier for users to understand the information.

States and Territories: ACT, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC, WA

RFT Type

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) is not bound to accept the lowest priced or most favourable RFT response and reserves each of the following rights:

 

  • to accept a proposal in full or in part;
  • to reject any proposal;
  • to cancel the RFT and/or issue a new RFT;
  • to accept a proposal from a third party, even if it has not been invited to respond to this RFT;
  • to accept a proposal whether or not it complies with this RFT;
  • to conduct a briefing session, seek information from a Respondent or third party, or further quote process upon such terms and conditions as it sees fit from time to time; and
  • to vary a timetable;
