Installation of traffic control and safety devices, Environment Mitigation Measures etc. Construction period for the contract  is  550 Days. Operation  & Maintenance period of 10 Years, after Completion of construction, is an integral part of bid.     3.         Bidding will be conducted through National competitive bidding procedures using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank's "Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, July 2016 Revised November 2017 and November 2020 ("Procurement Regulations"), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 4.         Bidders can view and/ or download the Bidding Document from website: http://sppp.rajasthan.gov.in, http://eproc.rajasthan.gov.in & http://www.pwd.rajasthan.gov.in from 15.07.2021. The Bidders should note that along with online submission of Bids, a physical copy of the Bid shall be submitted in the office mentioned above on/ before due date except the Financial Quote which shall be uploaded on e-Tender Portal only. The Bidders are required to submit a non-refundable Application fee in the form of Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque of INR 50,000 payable at Jaipur in Favour of "Project Director (PPP), PWD, Jaipur" and non-refundable Processing Fee of INR 1,000 in the form of Demand Draft or Bankers Cheque in favour of "MD RISL" Payable at Jaipur, at the time of submission of physical Bid. The Bid Security, as specified in the Bid document is also required to be submitted by Bidders along with physical Bid.
