As a minimum, the external technical auditing service must deliver the following:
- Organisational experience of conducting similar audits of comparison services or similar
- The ability and expertise to come up with an approach to carry out technical audits that assess whether DCTs would meet the criteria set out in our October 2020 Statement and summarised in this ITT
