https://devbusiness.un.org/node/772002 ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW Assignment Title: 1275678- BHUTAN: Round 2 of South Asia COVID-19 Phone Surveys Assignment Countries:- Bhutan ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION The World Bank implemented a first round of the SAR COVID-19 phone monitoring surveys (SAR PMS) across all 8 countries in South Asia over the period August 2020- May 2021. The World Bank is seeking to contract a survey firm to implement the second round of the SAR PMS in BHUTAN. The second round will aim to maximize successful recontact of respondents interviewed in the first round, through computer assisted telephone interviews. Specifically, respondents will be recontacted from a total baseline sample of 1,503 individuals, and substantial and systematic efforts will be made to maximize recontact rates. Each completed survey is expected to: (i) take 20-25 minutes; and (ii) include modules on labor, credit-seeking and coping behavior, access to health care services and social assistance, vaccination and education access for school-age children. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Interested firms are hereby invited to submit expressions of interest. Expressions of Interest should be submitted, in English, electronically through World Bank Group eConsultant2 (https://wbgeconsult2.worldbank.org/wbgec/index.html) NOTES Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding. Only those firms which have been shortlisted will receive notification.
