Assignment Description   The WBG is seeking to engage a Survey Firm to implement and oversee all aspects of data collection to be conducted remotely via webex/zoom/equivalent platform or phone survey with cross-border trading firms in the Philippines. The selected firm will be expected to: (i) Implement the phone survey in the Philippines among (i) men and women traders and (ii) traders' agents based on the WBG approved sampling methodology. The survey questionnaire will contain about 50 questions within the scope of the WTO Trade Facilitation Agreement (TFA) (i.e. border processes and procedures) and slightly beyond the areas of the TFA (e.g. to also include access to finance, as well as questions related to the challenges created by COVID-19) (ii) Deliver high quality data, and undertake a detailed analysis and written synthesis (report) of the responses according to the timeframe defined by the WBG project team   Attachments Optional TOR File   Qualification Criteria   1.  Strong experience in undertaking large scale comprehensive surveys at the firm-level, including with quota sampling using phone interviews, ideally in the Philippines.  * 2.  Expertise in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and reporting. Strong system for data quality control checks.
