https://devbusiness.un.org/content/econsult-municipal-solid-waste-recycling-applications-urban-transport-infrastructure-support The objective of this assignment is to inform about the different options for managing municipal solid waste in the city of Dushanbe for infrastructure development in ways that increase sustainability, reduce the climate vulnerability of the urban mobility network, and encourage private sector participation. Directly supporting smart mobility deployment in the city of Dushanbe this consultancy will: (i) review methods, cost and strategies for municipal solid waste reuse in transport infrastructure construction relevant to Dushanbe in collaboration with the University and/or rother organizations; (ii) characterize areas and prioritized private participation and social measures in the area of waste management in Dushanbe; and (iii) make recommendations for implementation of the most feasible methods, identifying public-private and/or private participation on transport infrastructure opportunities, vulnerable to climate risks that can most benefit from recommended construction techniques using recycled solid municipal waste QUALIFICATION CRITERIA: 1. Provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of the assignment. 2. Provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm. 3.
