5. Notification to companies: 22 June 2017Vendor creation, internal paperwork: 26 June 2017
6. Preparation of contract and signatures:27 June 2017  until 30 June 2017
7. Contract begins: 04 July 2017
8. Contract ends:  04 September 2017
