                                                                 SYNOPSIS

                                      Emergency Disaster Survivor (EDS) COTS

                                             Solicitation No. 70FB7021R00000019

The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has a requirement for multiple award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for EDS cots in support of Steady State efforts and Presidentially declared disasters. The intended IDIQ contracts will be supported by Delivery Orders issued on a Firm Fixed Price or cost reimbursable basis for up to 5 years. The specifications are in the Attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).

When the Request for Proposal is released, the method of procurement will be set aside for Small Businesses. The NAICS Code is 423450 – Medical, Dental, and Hospital Equipment and Supplies Merchant Wholesalers. The Product Service code is – 6515 Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies.

Telephone requests for this solicitation will not be accepted. The issuing date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 08/06/2021 and the response closing date is anticipated to be on or about 09/06/2021. Anticipated issuing and response dates are subject to change.

Prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract. Information regarding this registration can be found at http://www.sam.gov Prospective offerors shall be required to complete Representations and Certifications online at http://www.sam.gov in response to this requirement. The Government will consider all information from responsible sources that is submitted to the point of contact by the solicitation closing date.

Written request will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FEMA Incident Support Branch. The solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the SAM website at http://www.sam.gov .
