The programme has two project components providing technical assistance to the Ministry of Planning and Investment (MPI) and the Ministry of Finance (MOF) respectively.The purpose of this procurement is to procure consultancy services to support the implementation of component 1 with the MPI. The budget for this component is EUR 5.5 million maximum. It aims to achieve the following results:(i) strengthened state planning management;(ii) improved doing business environment;(iii) improved public investment management;(iv) strengthened public procurement management.
