DFATD wishes to engage a Contractor to conduct evaluation-related activities for four projects in gender and governance. Information generated by the exercise will support the efforts of the Middle East Division to design more effective and impactful programming in gender and governance in the region. Consultations with the projects’ implementing partners has allowed the concerns of partners, delivery agents and project beneficiaries as well to be recognised and drawn into the evaluation.
This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60ZT-18TSPS/XXX/ZT Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region.
