The quotation that complies with all of the specifications, requirements and offers the lowest prices, as well as all other evaluation criteria indicated, shall be selected. Any offer that does not meet the requirements shall be rejected.
Document Requirement:
1) Legal registration/TIN, VAT & Tax Certificate; if NGOs apply, need to submit Registration certificate for commercial activities.
2) Similar Work Experience with GO/NGO/INGO
3) Proposal for each component (not exceeding 2 pages) separately
3) Financial Proposal
Submission Process: Interested parties should submit their proposal and financial proposal for each component separately with contact information Personal Delivery/ Courier mail and attention of: UN Women Procurement, BCO
Award of the contract can be provided for single or multiple components.
