The purpose of this Request for Proposals for Services (“RFPS”) is to establish a Long-Term Arrangement for Services (LTA-S) with a qualified agency for the provision of Flexible Qualitative Research Services.

The key objectives are the following:

• To allow UNICEF countries (National Committees and Country Offices) and Global Headquarters, to better understand, get closer to and connect with our supporters (current and potential supporters or donors), using the right appropriate qualitative research techniques.

• To allow UNICEF to convene focus groups, depth-interviews or other qualitative methodologies in a timely manner.

The selected agency will work with UNICEF Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Division, based in Geneva, under a Long-Term Arrangement framework for a one (1) year period, with the option to extend for two (2) additional years, or a maximum of three (3) years, from April 2018 to March 2021.
