The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees is pleased to invite prospective bidders to submit a bid in accordance with the UNHCR General Conditions of Contract and the Schedule of Requirements as set out in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
 
The following annexes form integral part of this Request for Proposal:

UNHCR will organize a supplier pre-bid conference via Webex meeting on 30/04/2021 at 2:00 PM. A maximum of two representatives per company is allowed. Names and contact details of the company’s representatives must be provided, at least two working days in advance, by e-mail to myayasupply@unhcr.org or by phone to Kyaw Htet Aung at (+95) 9-25000 1793. The meeting invitation link will be provided to the interested bidders who responded to UNHCR to attend the online meeting. 

If you are interested in submitting a bid in response to this RFP, please prepare your bid in accordance with the requirements and procedure as set out in this RFP and the deadline for bid submission is 23/05/2021 – 23:59 Hrs. (Myanmar Time).
