La charge de travail absorbée par les différentes directions opérationnelles depuis le début de la crise sanitaire n'a pas permis de relancer l'intégralité des marchés récurrents dans les délais et le marché n'a pu faire l'objet d'une prise en charge. Il a été décidé de prolonger la durée du marché pour absorber la période de relance du contrat et éviter toute rupture du service.
