  • Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the directive
Explanation:

1. Given the importance of the quality of Covid-19 rapid AG tests, WHO prequalification is a mandatory requirement set by the Purchaser, to justify procurement of selected supplies for detecting SARS‐CoV‐2. Due to persisting upward trajectory of growing cases of COVID-19 and evolving epidemic profile, it is crucial to expand screening of wider circles of populations using rapid AG tests all over Georgia.
