Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:

Im Zusammenhang mit der Sanierung und Ertüchtigung des 1.BA sind verschiedene Mehraufwendungen und zusätzliche Leistungen im Mieterausbau erforderlich, hier: zusätzliche Leistungen, Verkabelung der Türanlagen bei der DB Info, in der GePa Halle und Wall PD 03.

Die angebotenen Leistungen gehören zum Leistungsbild Elektrotechnik und sind für die Erfüllung des Bausolls erforderlich.

Ein Wechsel des AN führt zu Anpassungen des Leistungssolls, Bauverzögerungen bei Neuvergabe und damit zu terminlichen Verzögerungen der Folgegewerke, die zu einer Verschiebung des Übergabe- und Eröffnungstermins führt.

Mietausfall je Monat: 65 T€

Verlängerung Bauzeit je Monat: 50 T€
