VII.1.4)Description of the procurement:

Frankfurt Hbf, Erneuerung der 50Hz Hauptstromversorgungsanlagen, NEA und TST NEA beinhaltet folgende Leistungen: Im Außenbereich vor dem Südflügel (direkt gelegen an der Mannheimer Straße in Frankfurt am Main) ist eine Containeranlage mit zwei Dieselnetzersatzanlagencontainern, einem Schaltanlagencontainer, einem freistehendem Abgasschornsteinbauwerkes und einer unterirdischen Tankanlage herzustellen.Die Verteilung der elektrischen Energie ist über eine zentrale Niederspannungshauptverteilung der Sicherheitsstromversorgung ZSV geplant, welche zusammen mit den notwendigen Steuerungs- und Überwachungsanlagen, vier Transformatoren und einer Mittelspannungsschaltanlagen in einem neuem Stationsbereich mit dem Namen „Station TST NEA“ aufgebaut wird. Die Station TST NEA soll in der C-Ebene innerhalb eines bestehendem Stationsbereiches zur Elektroenergieversorgung neu aufgebaut werden. Die elektrische Verbindung auf der Mittelspannungsebene 10kV zwischen dem geplanten Standort der Dieselnetzersatzanlagen und dem Stationsbereich TST NEA soll über den Posttunnel erfolgen.

Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Die Anpassung des Öltanks sind Zusammenhangsmaßnahmen mit den Leistungen des Hauptvertrags. Ein Wechsel des AN ist bzgl. der Sicherstellung der Abnahmefähigkeit sowie der Gewährleistung, die sich auf die Gesamtmaßnahme bezieht, nicht möglich. Weiterhin ist aufgrund der engen Terminschiene zur Fertigstellung, der Komplexität der Maßnahme sowie Abhängigkeiten zu den nachfolgenden Projekten ein Wechsel des AN nicht möglich.
