The procedure was launched covering the provision of two platforms: one for conflict zones and one for cybersecurity and other emerging risks. In the procurement documents, the contracting authority reserved the right to award the contract only partially, should tenderers fail to meet the minimum quality threshold established for each of the service areas. The outcome of the evaluation was that no tenderer met the minimum quality threshold for the cybersecurity and other emerging risks platform. Hence, this part was cancelled.
