Im Zusammenhang der Maßnahme wurde vom AN eine Längserde geliefert und montiert.Der AN ist damit beauftragt, den Mast B1.5-2, welcher aufgrund des Einbaus der Bauweiche benötigt wird, zu errichten. In diesemZusammenhang erfolge der Einbau der Längserde und ist somit technisch untrennbar mit der Maßnahme verbundenEin zusätzlich beauftragter AN, welcher den Einbau der Längserde vornehmen würde, würde sich negativ auf die Logistik und den Bauablaufin dem Baubereich der Bauweiche 17 auswirken. Zudem würde das zusätzliche Einplanen und Anfahren von Personal und GerätschaftenMehrkosten mit sich ziehen, die als unverhältnismäßig zu bewerten sind.
