Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Es sind Wiederholungsleistungen und Leistungen die für die beauftragte Planung notwendig sind, die bei Beauftragung eines weiteren AN zu Doppelbeauftragung geführt hätten. Die fehlenden und überholten Gutachten (Bovek, Kampfmittel) mussten in die Planung der Restabwicklung eingearbeitet werden. Die unvollständigen Gutachten waren zum Zeitpunkt der Beauftragung nicht erkennbar, die Schnittstellen mussten beplant werden um Termine fristgerecht einhalten zu können, weil es sonst zu erheblichen Mehrkosten geführt hätte.
