Description of renewals:

Sofern der Vertrag nicht durch eine Vertragspartei gekündigt wird, verlängert

sich die Laufzeit um jeweils ein weiteres Jahr. Die Kündigungsfrist beträgt

hierbei zwei Monate zum Monatsende.

Der Vertrag endet spätestens mit Ablauf des 30.09.2027, ohne dass es einer

Kündigung bedarf.

Weiterhin ist ein zusätzliches Optionsrecht nach dem 30.09.2027 für den DWD

vorgesehen, was eine einmalige Verlängerung des Vertrages um bis zu 12 Monate

möglich macht.
