Description of the circumstances which rendered the modification necessary and explanation of the unforeseen nature of these circumstances:

Das ursprüngliche Auftragsvolumen der Rahmenvereinbarung Gestaltung ist durch den unvorhergesehenen Bedarf an Übersetzungen und Grafiken, der durch die Corona-Pandemie und die damit verbundenen Informationspflichten des Auftraggebers ausgelöst wurde, vor Ablauf der eigentlichen Vertragslaufzeit zum 30.11.2022 vorzeitig ausgeschöpft. Der Auftraggeber hat aber weiterhin einen dringenden Bedarf, Übersetzungen und Grafiken im Zusammenhang mit der Corona-Pandemie erstellen zu lassen; dies vor allem im Hinblick auf die bereits laufende vierte Welle der Corona-Infektionen und den damit verbundenen Anpassungen der Rechtsgrundlagen und deren Übersetzungen, sowie die Aktualisierungen sämtlicher dazugehöriger Formulare, Informationsblätter und Grafiken.
