e-Tendering reference: BUSINESS UNIT: UNDP1         EVENT ID: 0000010175

Procurement Service Unit (PSU) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

The purpose of the ITB is to set up non-binding multiple Global Long-Term Agreements (LTA) with qualified suppliers to supply different types of civil drones available in the global market as per following lots:

Lot A: Agriculture drones
Lot B: Mapping drones
Lot C: Surveillance drones
Lot D: Under water drones
Lot E: Inspection drones

Please refer to ITB documents in UNDP eTendering system for more details of sublots and their requirement at the provided link.

Estimated LTA volume within the next three years would be about USD 2 million in total. While UNDP intends to establish multiple LTAs, there is no fixed committed contract amount and UNDP reserves the right to utilize other sources at its discretion to assure value for money.

Please note that the pre-bid conference (using Zoom meeting) is scheduled on 1st September 2021, 3.00 pm, Kuala Lumpur time zone (GMT +8). Meeting details will be provided directly to the bidders that express interest to participate by accepting invitation in eTendering and request by email to  pso.bids@undp.org .
