Λόγω των αυξημένων αναγκών που οφείλονται στις συνεχείς βλάβες των οχημάτων έχουν σχεδόν εξαντληθεί οι συμβατικές πιστώσεις της με αριθμό 28723/06-08-2020 (20SYMV007148050 2020-08-06) σύμβασης, (η χρονική διάρκεια της οποίας θα έληγε κανονικά στις 31.12.2022) και άρα δεν θα μπορεί να γίνει η προμήθεια των απαραίτητων ανταλλακτικών ώστε να συντηρηθούν και να επισκευαστούν οι όποιες βλάβες στα οχήματα, όπως στα απορριμματοφόρα με άμεσο κίνδυνο για την δημόσια υγεία ενόψει της εναπόθεσης σε στοίβες των οικιακών απορριμμάτων στους κάδους και των ογκωδών απορριμμάτων με επιπτώσεις στην δημόσια υγεία ιδιαίτερα αυτή την περίοδο όπου λόγω της διασποράς του κορωνοϊού COVID-19 αυτό που προέχει είναι η προστασία του δημοσίου συμφέροντος και ιδίως η προστασία της ανθρώπινης ζωής, όπως αναφέρεται στην υπ' αριθ. 51/28.02.2022 (ΑΔΑ: 6Α1ΔΩ1Ο-7ΙΩ) απόφαση Οικονομικής Επιτροπής
