The Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center has a requirement for the Hardness Surveillance Electromagnetic Pulse Program (HSEP) testing services to support Minuteman III (MMIII) Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) hardness surveillance and forecasting.  HSEP services involve highly-specialized engineering, MMIII equipment and facility repairs and troubleshooting, site deposture and reposture, High-altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) and Source Region Electromagnetic Pulse (SREMP) testing, analysis, hardness forecasting, cybersecurity monitoring and documentation, oversight, management, and expertise.  A qualified, nuclear-certified Contractor-Furnished high-energy pulser, supporting equipment, and qualified cleared personnel are required to perform these services at various locations. 

The contract is anticipated to be a 12-month basic contract with four 12-month contract options and one six-month contract option to extend services.  It is anticipated that this requirement will be solicited and awarded on a sole source basis to General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc.  The solicitation will be released electronically on SAM.gov.  Paper copies of the solicitation will not be mailed. Foreign participation is not permitted.
