Eligibility of Tenderer :

Any e-Gp registered tenderer fulfill the criteria mentioned in the TDS.

If the quoted price varies by more than 10.00% (above/less) of the official estimate then the tender will be rejected. Tenderer must upload rate analysis in support their quoted price, if the total quoted amount is more than 5% above/less than the approved official estimate.

Key Qualifications:
1. A satisfactory completion of similar work of at least Tk.23.00 Lac under single of contract(s) over a period of 05 years shall be required. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk.37.50 Lac over the last 05 years (Years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).
3. The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.33.00 lac. (years will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in the website).

4.Experience as a Subcontractor or Management contractor will not be considered eligible for this Tender.

5.Latest amendment of PPA-2006 and PPR-2008 shall be followed in tender evaluation.

6.If any false certificate has been found in the scrutiny of the tender document, tender secuirity will be forfeited.
