Proposals must be submitted on or before May 15, 2019 by 4:30 PM (Bangladesh Time). Bids must be submitted in the online eTendering system in the following link:

The pre-bid meeting will be held at IDB Bhaban (18 floor) meeting room for the clarification on the bidding document and ToR on 05 May 2019 at 2:30 PM.
Note: Bidder needs to carry a valid Passport/NID/Credit or Debit Card with photo/Original driving license in order to enter into IDB Bhaban for the pre-bid meeting.
