The United Nations World Food Programme (WFP) is performing market research in regards to a workspace scheduling solution which encompasses: workspace management, desk booking solution, meeting room booking.

The system is currently intended for implementation at HQ (Rome, Italy), but should be scalable in order to be potentially made available to Regional Bureaus and Country Offices worldwide. 

The booking system will have to be able to extract data using such APIs and to integrate seamlessly with the standard Microsoft Outlook Calendar. Interested companies will be requested to comply to a set of requirements, as reflected in Table I of the attached document. Should your company be interested to participate, kindly complete the document, provide the requested Chamber of Commerce certificate and financial statements, along with any supporting pricing documents (remembering to refrain from submitting any prices as this shall entail exclusion from participation).
