Overview :

The UN Resident Coordinators Multi-country Office (MCO) in Jamaica is seeking an individual consultant to assist the United Nations Country Team (UNCT) and the United Nations Emergency Technical Team (UNETT) in the Bahamas and strengthen UN coordination in the areas of disaster preparedness and response.

The consultant The UNETT shall report to the Country Coordination Officer in the UN Resident Coordinator’s Multi-country Office in the Bahamas and work under the technical guidance and supervision of the UNETT Chairs.

Proposals should be submitted in English by email no later than Monday, August 23rd, 2021 at 15:00 (Jamaica time, UTC/-5), using the following subject line: IC 150262 Bahamas UNETT Support Advisor. Offers received after the aforementioned date and time will not be considered.
