Программа развития ООН в Казахстане в рамках проекта #00106780 «Разработка Восьмого Национального сообщения Республики Казахстан в рамках РКИК ООН и подготовка двух (четвертого и пятого) двухгодичных докладов» объявляет конкурс для физических лиц на позицию Национального эксперта по воздействию изменения климата на таяние ледников.

Следующие документы в формате PDF должны быть приложены к Вашему предложению и отправлены на procurement.kz@undp.org c указанием IC-2021-122 в теме письма не позднее 10.00 ч. по времени г.Нур-Султан (GMT+6) 09 сентября 2021 г.:

• Заполненное надлежащим образом Приложение 4 «Письмо претендента в ПРООН, подтверждающее заинтересованность и доступность для Индивидуального подрядчика» и Приложение 5 «Разбивка затрат, подтверждающая окончательную полную цену» с использованием предоставленного шаблона ПРООН; Данные документы должны быть предоставлены отдельно от других ниже требуемых документов; Если кандидат работает в организации/компании/учреждении и он/она ожидает, что его/ее работодатель будет взимать плату в процессе его/ее занятости в ПРООН в соответствии с Соглашением о прикомандировании сотрудника с возмещением расходов (RLA), кандидат должен указать на этом этапе и убедиться, что все такие расходы должным образом включены в финансовом предложении, представленным в ПРООН.
• Подробное резюме, в котором должен быть указан предыдущий опыт работы в аналогичных проектах, а также контактные данные (адрес электронной почты и номер телефона) Претендента, и указать навыки, относящиеся к заданию;
• Другие документы, подтверждающие опыт работы, экспертизу, образование и навыки (свидетельства о повышении квалификации \ дипломы, награды и тд.).
• Краткое эссе объясняющее почему кандидат считает себя наиболее приемлемым кандидатом на объявленную позицию, описать/указать о владении необходимых навыков, экспертизы, и включающая методологию о применении подхода к выполнению технического задания.

Приложения 4 - 5, необходимые для заполнения, прилагаются к тендерной документации в формате WORD.

The United Nations Development Programme in the Republic of Kazakhstan (UNDP) in the framework of the project 00106780 "Development of the Eighth National Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of the UNFCCC and preparation of two (fourth and fifth) biennial reports" is announcing a national competitive bidding for individuals for the position of National expert on the impact of climate change on glacier melting.

The following documents in PDF format must be attached to your offer and sent to procurement.kz@undp.org with IC-2021-122 in the subject not later than 10:00 a.m. Nur Sultan Time zone (GMT+6) on September 09, 2021:

• Duly accomplished Annex 4 “Offeror’s Letter to UNDP confirming interest and availability for the Individual contractor” using provided UNDP template; Financial Proposal Annex-5 that indicates the all-inclusive fixed total contract price, supported by a breakdown of costs, as per template provided; the document should be provided separately from other required below documents. If the Offeror is employed by an organization / company / institution and he / she expects his / her employer to charge management fees in the process of his / her employment with UNDP in accordance with the Reimbursable Loan Agreement (RLA), the Offeror should indicate at this stage and ensure that all such costs are duly included in the financial proposal submitted to UNDP;

• Detailed CV, where previous work experience in similar projects should be included, as well as contact details (email and phone number) and skills relevant to the assignment;
• Other documents certifying the work experience, expertise, education, and skills (diploma, qualification improvement certificates, awards, etc.);
• A brief essay explaining why the candidate considers himself the most suitable candidate for the announced position, describe/indicate the possession of the necessary skills, expertise and include a methodology on the application of an approach to the implementation of technical specifications;

Annexes 4 - 5 to be filled in are attached to the tender documentation in WORD format.

Late applications will be disqualified automatically.
